Available Aussies

Aussies are a wonderful breed...in the right home. For those who fit the Aussie's profile, few other breeds can match their intelligence and devotion. Others may find themselves with more dog than they bargained for, and a liability on their hands. If you are new to the breed, please be sure to do your homework before moving forward. Start here for more information about the breed as a family companion, and feel free to email with questions and concerns to see if this might be the right - or wrong - breed for you.

Pups are NOT sold on a first come, first served basis, and much time and consideration is taken in matching each pup with potential homes for a lifetime bond (please visit the . In order to facillitate this, we ask that every potential home complete a Puppy Questionnaire.

Adolescent and Adult Aussies

"Gabby"

This little girl is the last remaining pup from the Piper x Ch. Crofton Hide and Seek (Tag) litter born December 15, 2007. She's a love bug, but still independent; social with dogs, but still seeks out attention from people. She is a high drive little girl who will no doubt make a wonderful performance prospect or active companion. She has been raised in the house underfoot, is crate trained, and loves her toys.

"Nova"

Nova - littermate to Gabby - is the perfect pup in so many ways. Small and typey, with beautiful structure and big, effortless movement, dense coat, and of course, a red - everything I look for in a bitch. She was placed with a performance/show family looking for a solid foundation for a breeding program. She was well started for Rally, and adventures with sheep indicate that she's likely to be every bit the herding dog her daddy is. Unfortunately, Nova developed an underbite, eliminating her from the conformation ring and the gene pool. She is now available to a serious performance home.

"Decker"

Decker is a tough one to part with. A kind and gentle spirit, Decker is our "dancing man." He'll grin nearly on command, smooch with visitors, and defend his people with his last breath if required. The goal was never to have a house overflowing with Aussies, however, and this boy deserves a couch of his own to retire to. Decker has never been shown due to his tendency to pout on lead, but is a good citizen when out and about.

AKC / ASCA Ch. Watermark Center Stage
"Mac"

Mac was the pup I certainly didn't need, but couldn't place in a pet home because he felt unbelievably "good in your hands." This pup's natural balance was evident from the start, and he earned his first ASCA major from the puppy classes. Mac has been a joy to live with, but loves to show and desires a couch and bed of his own to sleep on. He is a clean, easy house dog who lives well with others, and would love to continue his show career. Sadly, we won't take him beyond these titles, and he is related to every dog here to a greater or lesser degree, making him inappropriate for our breeding program.
